Precautions for the use of rubber tubing
Due to the complexity of the rubber tubing varieties, and structural diversity, coupled with the use of different conditions, the hose service life is not only determined by the quality of good and bad but also determined by the correct use of maintenance. So even if the product has a high quality, such as the correct use and maintenance, will seriously affect the quality of its use and life, and even the occurrence of undeserved serious accidents, causing property damage. Now provide the following precautions for use.
1, the rubber tubing and hose assembly can only be used to transport the designed material, otherwise, it will reduce the service life or failure.
2, the correct use of the length of the hose, the hose in the high-pressure changes in length (-4% to +2%), and mechanical movement caused by the length of the change.
3, the rubber tubing and hose assembly should not be used in more than the design working pressure pressure (including impact pressure).
4, the hose and the rubber tubing assembly of the medium conveyed by the temperature should not exceed -40 ℃ +120 ℃ under normal circumstances, otherwise it will reduce the service life.
5, the hose and hose assembly should not be less than the rubber tubing’s small bending radius to use, to avoid bending or bending near the pipe joints, otherwise, it will impede the hydraulic transmission and transportation of materials or damage to the hose assembly.
6, hose and hose assembly, should not be used in a twisted state.
7, hose and hose assembly should be handled carefully, should not be dragged on sharp and rough surfaces, and should not be bent and flattened.
8, the hose and hose assembly should be kept clean, and the internal should be flushed (especially the acid pipe, spray pipe, and mortar pipe). Prevent foreign objects from entering the pipe lumen, hindering the transportation of fluids, and damage to equipment.
9, more than the service period or storage period of the hose and hose assembly to be identified after the experiment before continuing to use.
