High pressure -Hose Material Introduction

The materials used in high pressure hoses are divided into non-metallic materials and metal materials, and the non-metallic materials often used in the production process of high pressure hoses are butyl rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, etc. With the progress of technology and the development of the rubber industry.

High pressure hoses using new materials

(1) EPDM Eli: excellent heat resistance, vapor resistance, weather aging, chemical corrosion, and excellent electrical insulation properties, especially for glycol ether braking fluid and vegetable oil resistance is good. Suitable for the manufacture of heat-resistant, steam-resistant, and resistant to strong corrosive media, high pressure hoses.

(2) Chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber: excellent resistance to ozone and weather aging properties. Good chemical resistance, excellent flame resistance, oil resistance, and tear resistance. Suitable for the manufacture of high pressure hoses resistant to strong corrosive media, flame-resistant, ozone aging requirements, especially for the manufacture of hoses used in harsh atmospheric conditions of the outer layer of the rubber material.

(3) Chloroether rubber: excellent weathering resistance. Good oil and solvent resistance. Good flame resistance and low permeability, suitable for the manufacture of oil, ozone, weathering, and low permeability high-pressure hose.

(4) hydrogenated butyl rubber: excellent oil resistance, corrosion resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, dynamic fatigue resistance, and ozone resistance. Suitable for the manufacture of oil resistance and other special requirements of high-pressure hose.

(5) NBR/PVC: excellent oil resistance, abrasion resistance, ozone resistance. Good extrusion performance, easy to process, suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant, ozone-resistant environments used in high-pressure hoses outer rubber.

(6) Aramid fiber: aramid fiber has excellent properties such as ultra-high strength, high modulus and high-temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and lightweight.

(7) Flat steel wire: high strength, high modulus, high-temperature flexural resistance, good pressure performance. Especially good resistance to torsion and bending deformation. The use of flat steel wire manufactured high-pressure steel wire braided/wound hose than the use of high-strength (ultra-high-strength) steel wire manufactured hose pulse performance is much better.
